Château Haut Breton Largaudiere Margaux 2018

| /
The wines of Margaux are often the most luscious and forward of Bordeaux, especially in their youth. Château Haut Breton Larigaudière has a perfect example of this in their Cru Bourgeois, composed mostly of cabernet sauvignon. It sees around 18 months in a mix of old and new French oak, adding a touch of vanilla behind the blueberry, cherry, plum and earthiness. It’s generous, concentrated and fresh, with chalky tannins and a long life ahead of it.
