"Located very close to the estate, this locality includes half of our Sauvignon Blanc plots. The vines, aged 10 to 50 years, are installed in clay-limestone soils of the White Terres type with clayey marls formed during the Jurassic Kimmeridgian period of the secondary era, 140 million years ago. This soil guarantees the vines a deep establishment. It brings fullness and richness to the wine while the limestone subsoil and the sediments of small shells bring a fine minerality"

This wine is vinified in stainless steel vats (around 80%) and in barrels (around 20%). Aging lasts 7 to 8 months for bottling before summer.

On the nose, aromas of white fruit and citrus are revealed. On the palate, the generosity of the soil brings good fullness. The fine minerality and acidity of the wine ensure freshness. To enjoy alone or with simple dishes based on shellfish or fish.
