Meadowfield Farm Soft Goat's Cheese
Meadowfield Farm soft goat’s cheese is processed on their family farm in Co. Wexford. They use pasteurised milk from their own herd of goats. The goats are milked daily in the farms milking parlour. The milk is then transferred directly into their purposely built production unit on the farm, where the cheese making process starts.
Their cheese is made using a traditional farmhouse method of hand cutting the curd and straining through a special style muslin cloth which gives the cheese a silky, smooth texture. Meadowfield Farm goat’s cheese is made using pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
